Khawar Anwar Khawaja holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UET, Lahore. He is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 1984. He is former President of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, President of District Hockey Association, Sialkot, Former Chairman of Sialkot Dryport Trust and former Chief Executive of Sialkot International Airport Limited. He also serves on the Board of Grays Leasing Limited, Anwar Khawaja Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Sialkot International Airport Limited, Port Services Limited, Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited.

Khurram Anwar Khawaja holds a MBBS Degree He is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 1990. He is former President of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Former Chairman Pakistan Hosiery Association (North Zone). He also serves on the Board of Grays Leasing Limited, Anwar Khawaja Industries (Pvt) Limited, Sialkot International Airport Limited, Select Pak (Pvt) Limited, Derbystar Sportartikel GmbH, Germany.

Muhammad Tahir Butt holds a Bachelor Degree in Science. He is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 1987.  He has served Service Industries as an Area Manager. He also serves on the Board of Grays Leasing Limited, Anwar Khawaja Industries (Pvt) Limited, Sialkot International Airport Limited, Select Pak (Pvt) Limited, Derbystar Sportartikel GmbH, Germany. He has completed the Director’s Training Program from the University of Lahore. 

Ameer Khawar Khawaja holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California, USA. He is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 2009. He has been serving on the Board of Directors of Anwar Khawaja Industries (Pvt) Limited and Sialkot International Airport Limited. He has completed the Director’s Training Program from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. 

Omer Khawar Khawaja holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California, USA. He is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 2012. He has been serving on the Board of Directors of Anwar Khawaja Industries (Pvt) Limited and Grays Leasing Limited. He has completed the Director’s Training Program from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Nuzhat Khawar Khawaja had been on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited from 1993 to 2009. Again she is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 2016. She has been serving on the Board of Directors of Anwar Khawaja Industries (Pvt) Limited. She is a Certified Director by completing the Director’s Training Program from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Dr. Aamir Matin is an IT professional with over 35 years of work experience in both the public as well as the private sector. Dr. Aamir Matin is on Board of GOC (Pak) Limited since 2016. He has a PhD in IT project management and has worked in countries of the Asia Pacific region, consulting with governments as well as the corporate sector in the use of information technology to enhance productivity. He has worked with the United Nations for over five years, as well as having set up software development companies focusing on financial services. He was Country Manager for Pakistan for Cisco Systems, Inc, the global internet company, from 2006 to 2012, and has also remained Managing Director, Pakistan Software Export Board for three years from 2003 to 2006. He has completed the Director’s Training Program from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Syed Zahoor Hassan has received his MS, PhD and MSEM from Stanford in 1980, 1984 and 1987 respectively. Dr. Hassan joined the core team of faculty that set up Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Pakistan. During his over 33 years association with LUMS, Zahoor has served in several leadership positions including as Dean of the business school and Vice Chancellor. He has served on the Board of Directors of PTCL, NTDC and Systems Limited, and on the Syndicate of King Edward Medical University, and University of Engineering and Technology, The Board of Governors of National Textile University, Pakistan School of Fashion Design, Foundation University and Heavy Industries Education City.
